No. Semres connects on top of your existing CRM. Your team keeps working exactly as they do today. We run the sourcing, engagement, referral, and reporting work that happens around it.

Keep CRM records current, configure messages and schedules, and monitor delivery and replies. Available automations depend on your connected CRM and enabled company settings.
Ask Semres supports your team in the portal. Review requests use a neutral message regardless of survey score. Custom photo/video analysis is coming soon; optional QubeSheets surveys require a configured integration.
You can retain different partner types and their referral history. Active sourcing focuses on connected providers and realtor prospecting; cold-outreach pools for other partner types have been retired.
We handle everything. We connect your CRM, geocode and lock your territory, import your existing customers and partners, and turn on automations through a Sandbox → Testing → Production ladder: you watch everything in a simulated inbox, then real sends go only to your own test inbox, and nothing reaches a customer until you flip Production. Most companies are live within a few days.
SmartMoving and Chariot integrations are available. Supported fields, writebacks, and automations differ by CRM; company setup and integration status show what is configured.
We license one company per roughly 50-mile territory. If a competitor in your market tries to sign up, they are blocked at onboarding. Your referral network, local SEO, and these capabilities stay exclusively yours for as long as you hold the territory.
